Fund Raising

During 2007-08 the primary reason for fund raising is in support of the re-development of our Scout Hut in Love Lane, Rayleigh. As a result of this we have set up the 5th Rayleigh Fundraising Committee. Click here for our fund raising letter. We have now reached our first target of £5000. We also have had pledged a further £40,000. We need to raise a further £150,000.

Why Fund Raise? With our first £5,000 reached we are using it to pay for architects costs, planning fees. We are keen to keep the money rolling in to apy towards the building of the hut. We will also be writing out to a variety of trust funds as we will need to raise around £150,000. Below are some of the activities we have ever run or plan to run and we’d like parents/ grandparents / relatives / friends to help out. If you would like to donate personally or through your organisation to our target please click here for details of how to contact us.

Please show your support by either donating, attending or helping to organise these events.

Any comments / queries please call Mel or Matt Bache 07971 151615.
